Brendan and Rachel launched McGrath Design & Construct in 2018. The business stemmed from their combined love and passion for renovating homes together.
The duo have been renovating and building their own homes since 2013 and decided to share their combined creative talents with clients.
Brendan is a licensed builder and carpenter by trade with over a decade of experience and Rachel is a qualified Interior designer, with her natural design flair, and talent combined will bring your dream to life.
McGrath D&C take their clients on a journey through the concept stage, the construction process and delivering a quality build while working with the client every step of the way. You have the option of solely working with Rachel on your interior design, from materials and finishes schedules to design planning, room styling or working drawings.
If you already have construction plans and already know what you want then you can work alongside Brendan, co-founder, builder and director.
Our passion and drive come from working together as a team designing and building. Our experience is within complex renovations bespoke builds, extensions, and decks.
Rachel and Brendan are a complete package. The duo understands how each stage of the build needs to run and can manage the design, schedule of works organise the trades, and complete the job to a high standard, with quality finishes taking the stress away from the client.
